Price, Kendra was very nice and accommodating.
They didn't have our reservation. The pool and spa were broken (entire reason for booking there). The elevator was experiencing technical difficulty. Bathroom plumbing not working and the floor flooded. Requested first floor, short distance, for my mother with heart and lung condition (cancer), got second floor, all the way at the end, even though hotel was practically empty, we were put on the I-95 side where couldn't sleep from the interstate traffic, sirens, etc. Booking price was higher than what they would have charged me.

reserved the deluxe suite because i thought it would have 2 bedrooms (the picture and info were not very descriptive). At least you could put the fold out couch in the den area.

The rooms come equipped with a microwave and a working shower. They provide decent service. The heated pool is a great place to relax. The location in Suwanee is magnificent, close to a music festival, graduations, sports events, Atlanta, many restaurants and shopping areas.

Comfort Suites was a total happy surprise. Expections weren't too great as other local hotels were sold out. Desk personnel were exceptional, nice breakfast, oversized room...just very nice, pleasant experience.

The location of the hotel was magnificent, down the hill. It was a really nice stay for one night on the way back from a trip. You can find Taco Bell around a 4-6 minutes walk from the venue to have lunch.

The location of the hotel was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect. The hotel is really close to many restaurants, shopping areas, a dance competition held at the Gwinnett Center, and the airport.

We had to call the front desk on the couple fighting next door late at night two of the nights!

This hotel was a great find for a one night stop on our way back home. The price was reasonable and the room was clean and quiet. The attention to detail was evident, from the well-maintained rooms to the variety of breakfast options. We also appreciated the convenient location down the hill, with easy access to the interstate.
No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

We enjoyed our one night stay. They greeted both my husband and I, as well as our four legged son with a smile. The surrounding area was beautiful as well.
We were a last minute booking and most hotels in the area were booked. We had to pay a hefty fee for that last minute stay. But, it still was a nice stay
